Tested Griffin’s iTalk Recorder last week when I attended a Tina Turner concert. Attached is the live audio. I converted the AIFF file to Mp3, nothing else was altered.
iTalk Recorder is simple to use and easily records audio though I really think it needs volume/limiter controls.

This is a problem: you type something on your iPhone, and it auto-corrects. But you didn’t spell the word wrong, the iPhone simply does not know that word and substitutes it for one it does know. Aggravating to say the least. From iPhone Alley:
